Flame Trap Replacement
| STEP 1 | Disconnect and remove the air duct that connects the air box to the throttle body. |
| STEP 2 | Only loosen the two straps on the ends. |
| STEP 3 | The throttle body has a plastic housing attached by another strap. |
| STEP 4 | The Flame Trap is located on the side of that housing. |
| STEP 5 | Grab the round plastic holder (with the attached hose) and turn counter clockwise until the holder disconnects from the body. |
| STEP 6 | Clean the flame trap and arrestor with WD40 and a pin to clean the hose. |
| STEP 7 | Or you can simply replace it. |
